Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry provides for the prohibition of fishing for sprat and herring by Finnish fishing vessels pursuant to sections 2 and 10 of the Act the enforcement of European Community Common Fisheries Policy. The prohibition shall be applicable to trawl fisheries for herring and sprat in ICES Subareas 22-28 and subarea 29 south of latitude 59° 26'N.
