Abstract
The present Act applies to agreements and practices concerning the trade of agricultural products and food between traders. What is prescribed in this Act regarding contractual terms also applies to contractual practices. The Act contains rules concerning, among other things: payment periods; cancellation of orders; unilateral changes to the terms; forbidden payments; commercial reprisals; written confirmation of the terms in a supply agreement; agreements and bids concerning the supply of agricultural products; the Food Market Ombudsman; inspections; etc.
