Abstract
The present Government Decree lays down rules on the functioning of the Food Market Ombudsman, created by the Food Market Act (No. 1121 of 2018). It contains rules on special eligibility requirements for rapporteurs; decision-making process; the processing of cases; administrative services; collaboration and exchange of information; and requirements concerning general administration, financial management, and personnel administration.
