This Decree amends the Government Decree concerning supervision of financial aid to livestock funded by the European Union in article 1 (purpose and application sphere), article 4 (administrative controls), article 5 (on-the-spot inspections), article 6 (monitoring of farms), article 8 (extended monitoring), article 12 (control of purchase and sale invoices and other documents) and article 16 (penalties).
