Government Decree concerning supervision of financial aid to livestock funded by the European Union (No. 592 of 2007).

This Decree provides rules for an integrated system for monitoring and control of financial aid to the livestock sector that is fully funded by the European Community, as referred to in Articles 69, 113, 114 and 123 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. Aid is granted for animal production and animal reproduction. The Decree also provides with respect to the earmarking and the registration of cattle and the identification and registration of goats in accordance with Community legislation.
