Decree amends the Government Decree on limiting emissions of sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and dust from combustion plants and gas turbines with a rated thermal input of at least 50 megawatts in section 12 and by adding section 12a and 12b. Section 12 concerns government decisions in accordance with section 110a of the Environmental Protection Act and government decisions made pursuant to Commission's implementing rules adopted under Article 41, first paragraph b of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). Sections 12a and 12b concern the assessment and calculation of emission values and the determination of emission ceilings.
