Abstract
The present Government Decree implements the several aspects of the Act on biofuels and bioliquids (2013/393). It contains provisions on the determination of the total installed capacity of facilities; calculation of greenhouse gas emission reductions; the content of the sustainability certificate; report on compliance with sustainability criteria; reporting obligations; etc.
