Abstract
The present Decree lays down further provisions on the implementation of Section 59 of the Act on animal diseases regarding the obligation to disseminate information in the context of passenger traffic within the EU concerning the risk of spread of animal diseases.
Section 4 contains an obligation on holders of plantations to ensure that measures are taken to prevent the occurrence and spread of wild oat. Occurrences of wild oat shall be reported to the relevant authorities, which shall inspect the area and issue instructions for controlling wild oats if necessary.
The Control Center for Plant Production shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Act. Its rights and duties in connection with this mandate are described in detail.
