Government Decree on the notification of suspected violations and suspected serious violations to be submitted to the rural affairs agency (No. 1442 of 2014).

The present Government Decree contains rules on the notification of suspected violations or suspected serious violations referred to in section 11, subsection 1 of the Act on a Sanctions System for and Supervision of the Common Fisheries Policy (1188/2014) that the supervisory authority must submit to the rural affairs agency according to sections 4–8 of that Act.
