Government Decree on the permissible tolerance margin for estimated catch quantities recorded in the fish logbook (No. 436 of 2021).

The present Government Decree contains provisions on the permissible species-specific error margin for estimated catch quantities recorded in the fish logbook concerning catches obtained from fishing for cod, herring, and sprat that are landed unsorted. The permissible tolerance margin for the estimated quantity of fish in kilograms recorded in the fish logbook, in relation to the amount of fish landed, shall be 10 percent of the total amount of all catches onboard for each landed species.
