Abstract
The present Government Decree lays down rules on the Regional State Administrative Agencies for Economic Affairs, Transport, and the Environment, as well as the employment and economic development offices under their authority. It establishes the different Regional State Administrative Agencies for Economic Affairs, Transport, and the Environment in the country, defines its responsibilities, their strategic planning, etc. It also establishes qualification requirements for performing different tasks at the Employment and Economic Development Office, and lays down rules concerning the Development and Management Center.
