Abstract
In addition to what is prescribed in the Act on support for the remediation of contaminated Areas (No. 246 of 2019) and in the State Aid Act (688 of 2001), the provisions of this Decree shall be observed when granting support for researching the degree of pollution in contaminated areas and supporting the remediation of contaminated areas.
