Abstract
The present Regulation contains rules complementing the Public Health Act. It contains 45 sections organized in the following chapters: 1. Permit-Required Activities; 2. Notification-Required Activities; 3. Drinking Water; 4. Waste and Wastewater; 5. Sanitary Requirements for Housing and Other Living Spaces; 6. (Repealed); 7. Cemeteries and Burials; 8. Special Provisions.
The Regulation lays down rules on applications concerning facilities supplying household water; additional tests for controlling the quality of household water when necessary to ensure the hygienic quality of the household water; exemptions from quality requirements for household water; and other matters concerning household water. It also lays down rules on sewage and collection of wastewater; collection of waste and waste rooms; composting of household waste and toilet waste; and other matters concerning waste management.
