Regulation to prescribe procedures for the application of and decision on environment permits (No. 772 of 1992).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Act relative to procedures of and decision on environment permits (735/91) with respect to procedures of permits which shall be issued by county councils in general and permits for specific actions in the field of outflow of exhaust, discharge waste and actions which may cause a risk to public health in the sense of the Public Health Act (469/659) and the Public Health Regulation (55/67). Section 1 indicates all projects which require a permit issued by the county councils in accordance with section 3 of Act 735/91. Section 2 outlines the minimum requirements regarding contents of applications. Sections 7 to 14 concern procedures of application and decision-making which may involve various environment protection authorities. (15 sections)
