Regulations to amend the Regulations relative to procedures of and decision making on environment permits (No. 62 of 1995).

These amendments are made consequential to modifications in the structure of public administration of the environment. The amendments concern the transfer of powers and tasks outlined in section 1 from the county councils to the recently established Regional Environment Centres, the contents of applications for permits outlined in section 2, public notification of applications, and communication of decisions on applications by the Regional Environment Centres to municipal environment protection authorities and the Finnish Environment Centre.
