This Promulgation amends the Drainage Act by repealing various sections and by inserting a new section granting the power to the Minister to make Regulations for the purpose of the principal Act. Furthermore this Act amends sections 2 (interpretations), 9 (Drainage Boards) and 20 (private drainage).
