Endangered and Protected Species (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 10 of 2017).

This Act amends the Endangered and Protected Species Act 2002 in section 31 by adding a new provision that require the Secretariat of the Fiji Islands CITES Management Authority to provide a guideline to regulate the utilisation of the trust fund established under the principal Act. It also deletes “Islands” after “Fiji” wherever it appears and amends the First Schedule, which lists endangered or protected species.
