Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules and requirements to ensure the health and safety of the workers. These Regulations address male and female workers with a gender-sensitive approach. The health and safety provisions in these Regulations include but not limited to: hygiene requirements, safe drinking water, hazard identification and risk assessment, and risk control measures. Regulation 65 sets out penalties for the breach of any provision of these Regulations.
