Abstract
This Act amends the Marine Act: in subsection (2)(h) of section 227 of the principal Act is amended by deleting "1 year" and replacing such by "2 years"; and in subsection (2)(b) of section 228 of the principal Act is amended by deleting "1 year" and replacing such by "2 years".
