Marine (Amendment) Decree 2010 (No. 27 of 2010).

This Decree amends the Marine Act, 1986 in: section 183 which concerns compulsory pilotage in internal waters of Fiji; in section 185 on the requirement for vessels to take pilots on board; and in section 199 concerning pilotage fees. It also repeals section 184 of the principal Act. That section gave power to the Minister to declare areas in which pilotage is compulsory.
