Marine Spaces (Declaration) Order (Chapter 158 A, sections 3 and 4).

For purposes of section 3 of the Marine Spaces Act, the physical features by reference of which the points between the closing lines delimiting internal waters are to be drawn are those shown on the British Admiralty Chart No. 2691 or, in the case of Rotuma, on Chart No. 2992, connected by those red lines surrounding areas marked in red. For purposes of section 4 of the Act the Archipelagic waters shall be delimited by straight baselines the physical features of points thereof can be found in the British Admiralty Chart No. 1291. Also the Archipelagic basepoints can be found in this Chart.
