Maritime (Radio) Regulations 2014 (No. 100 of 2014).

These Regulations, made by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport under section 240 of the Maritime Transport Decree 2013 prescribe requirements that apply to ship-borne radio installations and the performance standards that ship-borne radio equipment must adhere to. The Regulations also apply to specified fishing vessels. Requirements concern, among other things: radio watch and radio personnel, installation, maintenance and records and performance standards (including standards for satellite equipment).
