Maritime (Survey Reports) Regulations 2014 (No. 107 of 2014).

These Regulations made by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport under section 240 of the Maritime Transport Decree 2013- (a) specify the survey checklist and deficiency list required which are used by the surveyors as defined by the Ship Registration Decree 2013; and (b) require a survey checklist to be issued to ship owners 011 request before a deficiency list is provided to a ship owner or the representative after the conduct of a survey by a surveyor.
