Petroleum (Exploration and Exploitation) (Forms and Fees) Regulations.

These Regulations prescribe additional requirements regarding documents to accompany applications for a exploration licence, for renewal of a exploration licence, for grant of production licence, for variation of a production licence, for renewal of a production licence, for a pipeline licence, for variation of a pipeline licence, and for renewal of a pipeline licence. They also prescribe forms for such applications. Nothing in these Regulations shall prevent the Director from requiring any applicant to supply such additional information as he or she considers necessary.
