Abstract
This Act concerns the administration and operation of seaports declared as such under this Act by the Minister or under the Maritime and Ports Authority of The Fiji Islands Act. It aims at privatization and improvement of port services.
Before declaration of a seaport, the Minister shall consult with the Native Fisheries Commission and other public bodies.
