Sea Ports Management (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 5 of 2016).

This Act amends the Sea Ports Management Act 2005 with respect to pilotage services. Section 18 is amended by inserting a new paragraph (“(c) the provision of pilotage services;”) and a new section (18A) is inserted. This section requires each port management company to allocate a pilot to provide pilotage services at each port managed by the port management company under the principal Act.
