Abstract
This Act amends the Ship Registration Decree 2013 to insert a definition of "Fiji-based operator" and to amend other provisions relating to ships owned by foreigners and criteria for the registration of ships. Section 22 is amended by deleting "High Court" and substituting "Maritime Appeal Tribunal".
