Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for transport of cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry by air, sea and road; terms and conditions of the vehicles, vessels and receptacles used for transport; the obligations of the owners of vehicles and vessels; identification of animals and registration of related information; and offences and penalties.
