Abstract
This Act adds definitions of fixed penalty, infringement notice, and liquid trade waste to the Section 2 of the Principal act. This Act defines "liquid trade waste" as waste water that is discharged from commercial and industrial business processes and is distinct from human sanitary waste water. This Act inserts sections 36A, 36B and 36C regarding the procedures of infringement notice.
