Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Kosrae State Code - State and Territorial Waters.

This Chapter provides for the exercise of the State's power to authorize the entry of vessels into State or territorial waters. It also defines innocent passage and grants powers to the State to inspect entering and hovering vessels. Entering waters of the State of Kosrae requires permission except in the case of force majeure.
