Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 1760 of 2010).

These Regulations replace Part I of Schedule 3 and Schedule 7 to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England) Regulations 2006 by deleting references to Community legislation, i.e. Council Directive 90/539/EEC which has been codified in Council Directive 2009/158/EC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in, and imports from third countries of, poultry and hatching eggs
