Abstract
These Regulations impose controls on the advertisement in Great Britain of semen from bulls of dairy breeds. No advertisement shall be issued unless it includes specified information.

These Regulations are made under the Animal Health and Welfare Act 1984 and revoke the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Livestock Quality) (England and Wales) Regulations, 1985 as well as the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Livestock Quality) (Scotland) Regulations, 1985.
