Abstract
These Regulations amend the Biocidal Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 to make further provision as regards Northern Ireland for the implementation of Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market. The amendments are of a miscellaneous character.
