Bluetongue (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2008 (S.S.I. No. 327 of 2008).

This Order amends the Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2008 so as to make adjustments to the treatment of the various zones referred to in the principal Order, and to make adjustments to existing provision in relation to powers of veterinary inspectors, officers and inspectors. It also revises provisions relating to animal movements, including movement of vaccinated animals.
