Abstract
These Regulations provide for measures for control of bluetongue in Scotland and implement Community legislation for this purpose. They provide, among other things, for: notification of and other procedural requirements on suspicion of bluetongue; the establishment of various zones on confirmation of bluetongue and movement restrictions and slaughter; restrictions on exportation of cattle; enforcement by local authorities; and offences.
