Abstract
This Order provides for measures for control of bluetongue in Wales. Measures include the reporting of symptoms of bluetongue and the establishment of control zones and restricted zones. Movement of animals from those zones is controlled and restricted. The Order also prohibits vaccination against bluetongue without the consent of the Welsh Ministers. The Order is enforced by the local authority.
