Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2013 (S.S.I. No. 337 of 2013).

This Order amends the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Order 2013 in various provisions concerning, among other things: the issuing of notices, licences or approvals; blood sampling arrangements for breeding herds; new definitions of “current BVD finding” and “infected animal”; the BVD status of a breeding herd or breeding bovine animal; notification of test results confirming the presence of BVDV in relation to an identified calf or bovine animal and other notifications.
