Bovines and Bovine Products (Trade) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 1174 (W. 122) of 2002).

These Regulations amend the Bovines and Bovine Products (Trade) Regulations 1999 insofar as they apply to Wales. The Principal Regulations give effect to Commission Decisions 98/692/EC and 98/564/EC which amended Council Decision 98/256/EC.The effect of the amendments is to permit the despatch of bone-in beef from premises approved under the Date Based Export Scheme ("DBES") to the domestic market.
