Abstract
This Order confers on a specified grantee a right of several fishery for native oysters (Ostrea edulis) over a portion of the bed of the sea around Calshot Spit in the Port of Southampton for a period of ten years. The grantee shall not dredge, fish for or take oysters within a specified area of the fishery without the prior approval in writing of Associated British Ports.
