Abstract
These Regulations amend the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 in order to implement Directive 2010/35/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on transportable pressure equipment. They also include provisions relating to technical requirements annexed to the international agreements governing the transport of dangerous goods by, respectively, road, rail and inland waterway.
