Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 160 of 2010).

These Regulations impose requirements and prohibitions in relation to the carriage of dangerous goods by road and by rail and, in so far as they relate to safety advisers, by inland waterway. They implement Regulations implement Directive 2008/68/EC and Annexes to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road, the Annex to the Regulation concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail which forms Appendix C to the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail and the Regulations annexed to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterway. They also implement other EU legislation on carriage of hazardous substances.
