Abstract
These Regulations implement in Scotland certain provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/2203. They provide for the restrictions in use and marketing of edible caseins and caseinates, labelling requirements, enforcement, offences and penalties. Each food authority must execute and enforce these Regulations within its area.
