Cattle Identification (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 1238 of 2018).

These Regulations make amendments to subordinate legislation concerned with the records, identification and movement of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs in relation to England in order to address failures of domestic legislation to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(c) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.
