Abstract
This Order requires that a person keeping pigs on a holding must notify the Welsh Ministers. It also requires records to be kept and requires pigs to be marked with ear tags or tattoos. The Order specifies what these marks must contain, which varies in different circumstances, and deals with documentation necessary when pigs are moved. It allows the Welsh Ministers to exempt some movements from the requirements of the Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003.
