Abstract
These Regulations amend the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 to correct certain errors and in accordance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2006/8/EC amending, for the purposes of their adaptation to technical progress, Annexes II, III and V to Council Directive 1999/45/EC.
