Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Chemicals (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. No. 265 of 2015).

These Regulations amend legislation as a consequence of repeal of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 by the Biocidal Products and Chemicals (Appointment of Authorities and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013. Those Regulations implemented Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, which were amended and repealed by Regulation EC 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The amendments concern updates of references to the current European legislation.
