Abstract
These Regulations implement in Northern Ireland Community legislation on the protection of workers and protection of health in general from the risks related to exposure to asbestos at work. They also carry into effect amendments made by the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 and the prohibitions provided for by those Regulations.
