Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 2172 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) Regulations 1994 by adding three new species to the list of European protected species in Schedule 2 to the 1994 Regulations. They make consequential amendments to regulation 39(6) of the 1994 Regulations and Schedule 5 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1982.
