Abstract
These Regulations implement specified Community legislation on contaminants in food. The Regulations, among other things: define offences in relation with the preparation and placing on the market of food; specify enforcement authorities; and provide for the application of specified provisions of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
