Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991 (S.I. No. 1624 of 1991).

These Regulations establish a system for registration of carriers of controlled waste and supplement the provisions of the Act dealing with the seizure and disposal of vehicles used for illegal waste disposal. Each waste regulation authority shall establish and maintain a register for the registration of carriers of controlled waste and make it accessible to members of the public free of charge.
